Land Design Consultants, Inc., was originally founded in 1977, and reorganized in 1985, as LDC, Inc. d.b.a. Land Design Consultants.  On November 21, 2019, LDC's ownership changed with Richard Cantanzriti, William Vondra, Jr. and James Pegoraro, Jr. being the principles of the firm.  

LDC is a full service consulting firm staffed with professionals thoroughly experienced in the many facets of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services.   Key personnel have a varied and extensive background in the planning, design, construction management and contract administration for any construction project. 

Staff

As with any service oriented company, the skills of the individuals combine to create an effective team. This is very much true at Land Design in that our varied backgrounds and experiences join to form a staff that works together efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our client.   The majority of LDC's employees have been with the firm for more than 25 years.

Computerized and Networked

Our seasoned technical staff uses state-of-the-art survey equipment to conduct precise plot mapping, and, with the help of the latest computer aided design systems, we can quickly and accurately prepare detailed exhibits, cost estimates, and construction drawings for a fair and reasonable fee. These CAD systems enable us to rapidly incorporate alterations and revisions, and coupled with our internet capabilities, allow us to expedite them to meet our customers needs.   Together with our Océ 500 TCS wide format, full color printer and scanning system, this allows us the option to produce digital scans of our client's documents which can be used to produce full color displays up to 36 inches wide and as long as 150 feet or to create digital records in PDF format for future use.
