Land Design is able to provide up to four fully equipped survey crews to handle any of your staking needs in a timely and professional manner. Our Crews have provided staking services for right-of-way improvement projects including paving, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and waterline projects all of varying size and complexity. We also provided staking for new residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial complexes. Our general service area includes Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Huron, Lake, Lorain, Medina, Summit, Portage, and Trumbull counties. These areas are serviced out of our offices in Mentor, Ohio. LDC is available to work outside this core area, if needed, as members of our staff hold licenses in Ohio and North Carolina.
